We recognize the importance of honoring your loved ones. Westwood Cemetery offers several ways in which to honor your loved one.
Tree Memorialization Program
Plant a tree
Planting a tree is a wonderful way to honor a cherished person in your life. It is a symbol of strength and endurance and a meaningful memorial that will benefit future generations. Each tree will be planted shortly after purchase, on your choice of pre-established available locations.
Memorialize an Existing Tree
A map showing the location of existing trees available for memorialization is available. We will have the name and years of birth and death of the person you wish to memorialize put on a small plaque attached to the existing tree for the life of the tree
Annual Flower Program
Flowers are the perfect way to celebrate the life of a loved one. In honor of your family member or friend we would like to offer you the chance to participate in our Annual Flower Program. The program is designed to ensure that your expression of remembrance is showing all year long. Throughout the year, an array of beautiful silk flowers will be placed in your loved ones crypt or niche vase by our caring staff.
All flowers placed on the crypt and niche fronts require a vase.
If you would like to participate in our Flower Program, please call or stop by the office. We look forward to hearing from you.
Photo Ceramics
The Photo Ceramics Program adorns the crypt or niche with a warm reminder of your loved one.
Guaranteed to last 50 years, the photo of your choosing is kiln fired into ceramic glaze. These heavyweight, photo ceramics will beautify your loved ones memorial and provide a lifetime of memories.
The Photo Ceramic Program is the perfect way to honor your family’s heritage.
Vases
Our bronze vase adds a beautiful and convenient place to adorn a crypt or niche with flowers.
Our Crypt vase, the Pegaso I, holds a small size bouquet. Our Niche vase, the Pegaso II, holds a single flower with greens.
Emblems
Honor the men and women who have served our country through the Veteran Emblem Program.
